What are the benefits of using a small courier?
There are a lot of potential benefits to using a small courier vs one of the bigger companies. For starters, the smaller volume means that packages can often be delivered much faster. That means you can get packages delivered often during the same business day if ordered locally. With a small courier, you also get more personalised services, as well as lower prices than many of the larger businesses.
How can I tell if a courier is reliable before using them?
You can go by reading online reviews, as well as by going by their track record in the community. Alert Couriers have been in business for over 20 years, so our reputation speaks for itself.
What types of packages can be sent during an emergency?
We can do emergency deliveries for items that are time-sensitive, such as food and important documents. If you want to know if your package qualifies for an emergency delivery, give us a call and we will be happy to let you know. If it doesn’t qualify as an emergency, we offer same-day and after-hours delivery, so your package will still be delivered promptly.
How often do you do the Alpha run?
We travel into Alpha for deliveries on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
What types of delivery schedules are available? Is there a minimum amount?
We customise our schedules to each individual customer. It doesn’t matter how much or how little you need to ship. If you have a small monthly amount, we will schedule that amount. We can also handle larger amounts as well.
Do you deliver outside of the Central Queensland area?
We partner with Hot Shots Express, who has locations throughout Australia in order to deliver your packages anywhere throughout the country. If you have packages which need to be delivered farther than our usual service area, we will finish the job through their services. They provide fast and reliable service so you can rest assured that your package is in good hands.
Are there limitations to what I can ship?
We ship virtually anything your business needs. This includes fashion products, paperwork, letters, food items, beverages, documents and more.
